information might be collected from you in several ways:
When you buy
When you
purchase an item from a MaxProMaintenance or
OnlyProTools (Seller), we require your name, e-mail
address, phone number, billing address and shipping
address. For credit card transactions, we require your
credit card number and credit card expiration date.
When you submit feedback about the MaxProMaintenance
service
We ask that
you include your e-mail address and name when providing
feedback about the MaxProMaintenance service.
When you visit our site
The way the
World Wide Web works, when you visit our site, we
automatically receive the web address of the site that
you visit just before you come to MaxProMaintenance, and
just after you leave us. We use this information only in
the aggregate and only to learn more about our customers
interests and preferences so that we may better serve
you.
When we send you e-mail
We may use
software that enables us to track whether you support
HTML e-mail in your e-mail client, such as Microsoft
Outlook, Lotus Notes or AOL. We also use such software
to determine whether an HTML e-mail message has been
opened or previewed, however, we cannot track the open
rate on text-only e-mail messages. We use this
capability only to deliver the best content to you.
Please note that you can override the "HTML Capable"
setting in your e-mail client.
When you enter a contest or other
special promotion
We may ask
you to provide your name, e-mail address, and shipping
address.
How is Personal Information Used?
When we provide our service.
MaxProMaintenance or
OnlyProTools (seller) requires certain personal
information to be provided when buying products. Among
other uses, this information is necessary for Seller to
provide its basic product offering. For example, a buyer
who places an order is required to provide personal
information (e.g., name, e-mail, phone, shipping
address, credit card number, etc.) so that Seller can
among other things verify the buyer's identity, process
the transaction, verify receipt of payment, confirm
shipment information, and provide status reports related
to the order. Information collected from sellers is used
similarly.
When we try to improve.
Information
collected when providing feedback about the
MaxProMaintenance service is necessary so that
MaxProMaintenance may contact users for clarification or
additional help in improving our product offering.
Information collected during contests is used to
administer promotions.
When we notify our customers.
In addition,
MaxProMaintenance may maintain several e-mail lists to
keep our members informed about our products and
services as well as latest breaking events.
How is Personal Information
Disclosed?
MaxProMaintenance
does not sell, disclose, transfer, rent, loan, trade, or
lease individually identifiable user information to any
third parties collected at our site, including e-mail
lists or Web site logs, except to provide
MaxProMaintenance's basic service and to provide
information about MaxProMaintenance products,
offers, and events, and except as we explain below. The
following describes the ways that your personal

The Basic Product Offering.
In order to provide
our services, MaxProMaintenance must disclose some
personal information to other companies, and these
companies may disclose personal information about you to
us. For example, MaxProMaintenance and other
companies may exchange personal information about you in
order to verify a buyer's identity or credit rating,
process a transaction, verify receipt of payment or
confirm shipment information. This may include
information we received from our co-branded partners
about you.
Further, MaxProMaintenance must disclose some personal
information to individual manufactures or principal
suppliers, at their request. Such disclosures may
include information enabling the Manufacturer to compare
a buyer's shipping address or zip code against his or
her credit card billing address or zip code.
Disclosure for Marketing Purposes and Joint Marketing
Arrangements.
MaxProMaintenance
currently uses a third-party e-mail marketing firm for
the purpose of managing e-mail communications with
customers, such as outbound marketing promotional
e-mails. For these mailings, we generally share e-mail
lists and other personal information to execute the
mailing, however all such information is kept strictly
confidential.
Further, while MaxProMaintenance does have any joint
marketing arrangements with third parties, and we
reserve the right to enter into such agreements in the
future. To the extent permitted by law,
MaxProMaintenance reserves the right to disclose the
information we collect, as described above, to companies
that perform marketing services on our behalf or to
other third parties with whom we may enter joint
marketing agreements.
From time to time, MaxProMaintenance collects and may
share aggregated demographic or usage information about
our site for marketing and other purposes. However, such
information does not identify our users individually.
Disclosure for Legal and Regulatory Requests.
MaxProMaintenance cooperates with all law enforcement
and regulatory authority inquiries and will release
information about you if we are compelled to do so. We
may also disclose information about you in other
circumstances as permitted by law as we, in our sole
discretion, believe necessary or appropriate. For
example, we may release information in connection with
an investigation of fraud, intellectual property
infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may
expose us or you to legal liability. Further, due to the
existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that
all of your private communications and other personally
identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways
not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy; for
instance, third parties may unlawfully intercept private
communications.
How Does MaxProMaintenance Secure Your Information?
When you
conduct a transaction on Seller site we encrypt all of
your private information. That information is then
stored in a secure data center. All transactions are
conducted through our secure servers, which are
protected behind sophisticated firewalls. However,
"absolute, 100%" security does not exist on the
Internet.
Notice of Policy Changes?
From time to time,
we may change this Privacy Policy based on your comments
and our need to accurately reflect our data collection
and disclosure practices. As required by federal law, we
will notify you here is this policy statement of any
